House Leadership Urges Governor to Sign HB 334

HELENA, Mont. – Governor Steve Bullock has until the end of the day to take action on House Bill 334, a bill to ensure that Medicaid funds intended to help the elderly and disabled are used solely for that purpose.

“We’re expecting the Governor to do the right thing and ensure that Medicaid funds are only spent on their intended purpose which is helping those who need it most the elderly and disabled. It’s time to put an end to these budget games,” Speaker of the House Austin Knudsen stated.

HB 334 was transmitted to the Governor on April 10th, making today the final day for him to take action.
